Description
Silver Signature Scale Away is a liquid acidic solution designed to remove limescale and other mineral deposits from heating elements in kettles, urns & other catering equipment as well as shower heads. Scale Away has been formulated for the quick and effective removal of heat scale with minimal effects on the heating element.
Directions to use Silver Signature Scale Away:
Thick Scaling: Dilute Scale Away one (1) part concentrate on five (5) parts water.
Maintenance Cleaning: Dilute Scale Away one (1) part concentrate on twenty (20) parts water. Dilute Scale Away to the recommended concentration in the equipment that needs to be cleaned. Ensure that the item is submerged. Heat the solution to 40 – 50°C and allow for ten (10) minutes of contact time. Check if the element is clean. Extend the contact time until the item is free of any scale. Avoid contact with or mixing with chlorine-releasing materials.
