How can I check if an item is in stock?

What payment methods are available?

We offer a variety of secure payment options, including:

  • Instant EFT
  • Masterpass

How long will delivery take?

We’ll have your order delivered in 2-7 working days for courier deliveries. If you’ve opted for “Pickup from Branch,” your order will be ready for collection in 7-15 working days.

Should there be any delays, we’ll give you a heads-up faster than a rooster’s crow at sunrise!

Can I collect my package?

Absolutely! You can harvest your order from any of our 27 retail branches across 5 provinces.

What will shipping cost?

Our standard delivery fee is R150. But if you fill your cart with R1500 worth of items or more, delivery is on us! If you opt for the “Pickup from Branch” option, no shipping costs will apply.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched via courier, we will send you a tracking number.

For branch pickups, you will receive updates via email.

Where can I get a quote?

You can request a quote by emailing us at [email protected] or by calling 012 381 2639.

Keep in mind, shipping costs will be included and may vary based on the size and bulk of your order.

I requested a quote, when can I expect it?

To ensure we give you the best deal and confirm stock availability, we’ll send your quote within 72 hours.

I would like to make changes to my order.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, if you return your package within 30 days and it’s in its original condition, we will process a refund.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

There’s something wrong with the order I received.

If there’s an issue with your order due to an error on our part, we’ll gladly offer a refund or exchange and cover the shipping costs.

How do I register?

Whether you’re an individual or a business, you can register here. Businesses also enjoy tier pricing and bulk buying (subject to approval).

What are your hours of operation?

Our customer service team are in the tractor seat from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

The barn is open 24/7 for shopping and buying all the necessities.

Do you deliver anywhere in South Africa?

Absolutely! We plough through every corner of South Africa. Just make sure your delivery address is spot on, especially if you’re in outlying areas, to prevent any detours.

Do you deliver internationally?

We’re as local as a braai on a Saturday, so deliveries are limited to South Africa only.

I lost my password.

No problem! You can reset your password by going to the “My Account” tab and following the instructions in the “Reset your account password” section.

Why isn’t my coupon code working?

My email address has changed. How do I update this on my profile?

Go to your Account Dashboard, update your email address under Account Details, and click “Save changes.”

Do I need to register in order to purchase something?

No, you are welcome to check out as a guest user.
