How long will delivery take?

2-7 working days. We will notify you, should there be a delay.

Do you deliver anywhere in South Africa?

Yes

Do you deliver internationally?

No

What will shipping cost?

R110 delivery fee will be charged for orders less than R1000. Orders to the value of R1000 and more on certain items, qualifies for free delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once collected by the courier service, you will be provided with a tracking number

Can I collect my package?

Yes, collection can be arranged at any of our 27 Retail Stores.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay using the Payfast payment gateway which allows Credit & Cheque Cards, Instant EFT, Masterpass, SnapScan & Zapper. Or you can apply to link your Obaro Month Account and then pay using the credit available on your account.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, if the package is returned to Obaro Online, at the customers own expense, within 30 days of receipt of package and provided the product is received in its original condition.

Do I need to register in order to purchase something?

No, you are welcome to check out as a guest user.
