Prodder (Antrovet)

Description

The Antrovet livestock prodder is designed to assist in the movement of cattle. Never use on humans and keep away from children.

Never touch the electrodes while the unit is activated – it creates a high voltage pulse.

Use in a well-ventilated area away from flammable substances

• High quality LED torch with separate switch
• Fully sealed motor and battery compartment to protect against dirt and dust.
• Powered by 4 x C-size alkaline batteries (supplied)
• On / Off master switch to reduce accidental use and to eliminate residual shock.
• Includes 57cm shaft.

Maintenance:

1. Keep prodder clean and dry of the best performance.
2. If unit gets wet, immediately take steps to dry unit out to avoid corrosion.
3. Store your prodder lying down of hanging up by the wrist band.
4. To replace batteries, please ensure alkaline C-sized batteries are used.

Operation:

1. Turn master switch on.
2. Two brass prongs should touch the animal lightly, then press trigger button.
3. Only apply a shock to animal as required.
