Description
Ivomec Gold Injection is a long-lasting shot that controls parasites in cattle. It was created to combat the negative effects of gastrointestinal and lung worm infections on grazing cattle’s health and productivity worldwide. Ivomec Gold effectively prevents a wide range of cattle worms for extended periods, leading to significant benefits like weight gain and reduced infection losses, which positively impact both animal populations and production efficiency.
Composition: Ivermectin 3.15% m/v.
Warnings:
- Do not slaughter cattle for human consumption within 105 days of the last treatment.
- Do not use in lactating cattle if their milk is for human consumption.
- Do not use in dairy cattle within 105 days before calving if their milk is for human consumption.
- Do not administer intravenously or intramuscularly.
- Keep out of reach of children, uninformed persons, and animals.
- Although extensively tested, it may fail due to various reasons. If suspected, seek veterinary advice and notify the registration holder.
Precautions:
- Do not reuse empty bottles.
- Avoid smoking and eating while handling the product.
- Wash hands thoroughly after use.
- Vaccinate cattle against Clostridium infections.
- Store the bottle in the carton to protect from light.
- Note: Some cattle may experience temporary discomfort or soft-tissue swelling at the injection site, which usually resolves without treatment.
Directions for Use: Inject subcutaneously at 1ml per 50kg body weight.
Storage: Store below 25°C and away from sunlight.
