Specifications	Composition: • Oxytetracycline is a strong antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections of the cornea. (clear part of the eye) and the pink parts around the eyelids. • Benzocaine is a topical anaesthetic that is used to numb the surface of the eye. Indication: For treatment of bacterial eye infections (Pink Eye) in horses, cattle, sheep and goats. What is Pink Eye? Infectious disease of the eye. Infecting other animals via head-rub and flies. Pink Eye is really painful and can lead to: • Loss of feed intake, • Production losses and if left untreated, • The cornea (front see-through part of the eye) can be damaged so badly that animal can go blind and • Even death.
Uses	Directions for use: • Hold animal or neck-clamp cattle. • Turn the closed bottle upside down and tap the bottle so that powder comes down to the spout. • Separate eyelids with 2 fingers and puff powder into the affected eye. • Repeat 2-3 times daily until tearing, discharge and redness is gone. • Possible white discolouration of the cornea will gradually disappear by itself. Important considerations: • Fly Management – this condition is very infectious! • Isolate affected animals – this condition is very infectious! • Provide shade to help alleviate pain and discomfort • Vit A supplementation
